We do not perform audits, reviews or compilation work engagements and therefore are not required to register with the State Board of Accountancy. Any CPA staff member that has a valid and good standing CPA license is registered with the Board Accountancy on an individual basis. Our relation to the Board of Accountancy does not affect our ability to provide compliance related services in areas of tax, accounting and consulting.
